Visit Norway
Visit Norway is the official Norwegian tourism office. Visit Norway helps journalists and bloggers, who would like to report about Norway, and presents the country with marketing campaigns, initiatives and on fairs. A mixed team of Norway-enthusiasts looks after Visit Norway’s social media channels, plans online campaigns and keeps the website updated. In Germany the Visit Norway-office is located in Hamburg.
According to Visit Norway, “We started very early to work with bloggers. What we like: New eyes looking on Norway, new forms of presentation, and inspired and interesting people. For us it’s exciting and really fun to work with bloggers and Norway is worth to be seen with new eyes every day!”
In addition, “We attended the first STS in Leipzig and were really convinced by the concept of the event! It was obvious that the pre-selection of bloggers worked out very well. All contacts we got during the days were fruitful. We get contacted by a lot of bloggers, but we’ve never met so many interesting and creative bloggers in one place! This concentrated blogger-competence combined with the high level presentations is for us the ideal platform to present Norway!
