From the Geneva-based HQ of MSC Cruises David designs and implements the company’s global social media strategy for more than 30 countries. Before joining the company in August 2012, he worked for almost five years for Nestlé Italy as Digital Communication and CRM Specialist and for RAI Corporation, Italy’s national public broadcasting company, in New York City. David strongly believes that a combination of brand-generated online content and engagement with independent bloggers is the way ahead for cruise lines seeking a wider market and new customers.
